If you are holding tickets for a performance and are unable to attend, your tickets will have no monetary value. As a courtesy, we will admit you to a future performance that is not sold out or potentially will sell out.
In order to past date your tickets, please call or visit the theatre Box Office on the morning of the day you wish to attend a performance to inquire if we are “past dating” for the day’s performance(s). If we are able to accommodate your request, you will need to bring your original tickets, or order number if purchased online, to the Box Office no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance to receive your new tickets. The Box Office opens Monday through Friday at 9AM and Saturday through Sunday at 10AM.

If you will be traveling back to New York City from outside the tri-state area and would need to make additional travel arrangements, please email DTG.GuestServices@disney.com with the subject line "Past Date Request for Aladdin.” In your email please be sure to include your Ticketmaster order number, the date of your originally purchased performance and a screenshot or picture of your original tickets. If you did not purchase your tickets from Ticketmaster, please provide a picture of your tickets as well as the original purchase receipt. You must request your date no more than 30 days prior to the date you wish to see the show. Refunded tickets are not eligible for past dating. We will do our best to assist you in arranging a performance in advance but cannot guarantee that we can secure tickets on your requested date.
Once your original performance date has passed, your original tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to past date your tickets. Please keep in mind that this is a courtesy program and the location of the seats which you will be given is at the discretion of the theatre.
